The Language of Humanity

How do you maintain culture, engagement, alignment, strong relationships, and build sustainable solutions within a business?

You speak the same language!

And, I’m not talking about English.

I’m talking about a vocabulary that is used by everyone within the company (regardless of title, geographical location, gender, and/or ethnicity) – one that creates understanding and drives success.

I’m talking about a language derived from Essential Skills: Skills that equip you to tap into your innate power and influence; skills to have those challenging conversations and set clear boundaries to get what you need and give others the opportunity to get what they need; skills to have BALANCED empathy (to create a win-win-win scenario – you win, the other wins, and the company or greater good wins); skills where everyone is raised up to a higher level of self-value and worth without having to diminish anyone; skills to perpetuate a can do, innovative, positive growth mindset – shifting you from why this can’t work to how this is going to work.

The language derived from Essential Skills empowers everyone to speak confidently especially in the midst of change, exponential growth, and/or uncertainty. It fosters support and clarity where everyone’s voice is being heard and ideas taken into account.

It promotes a culture where people aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo, don’t need to hide behind the mask of professionalism (Who decides what this looks like anyway?) or feel the need to control, squash, or hold others back.

We’re all contributors. We’re all part of this big crazy experience we call life. Why go through it weighed down by the heavy bags of fear, limiting beliefs, and feelings of inadequacy?

You matter! You impact! Your voice needs to be heard! You are valuable, important, innovative, a powerful contributor, and you deserve to be on this planet just as much as anyone else!

This is the language of humanity!
